Yoga Instructor Training Course

The course is designed for people who plan to become yoga teachers in the future. It consists of 10 three-hour lessons, in which asanas (poses) are analyzed and demonstrated in detail from the point of view of their correct alignment along the lines of the planes with maximum benefit.
